1. Health and Safety COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
The health and safety of the community is our priority. We have the following safety measures in place to safeguard our customers:
- PPE that includes face masks, gloves and hand sanitizer
- Increased cleaning and disinfecting of all packing supplies and equipment used to assemble orders
We are working with our shipping partners, DHL, UPS and USPS to ensure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are followed. They are currently operating contactless delivery systems. Where a signature would usually be required or requested, they will now take the recipient’s name as proof of delivery and follow protocol for social distancing. When a signature is waived by you or not possible, they will leave your package at your specified location.
Please note that Vanquish Shoe Source or any of our shipping partners will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
2. Where are the orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our location in Plano, Texas.
3. When will my credit card be charged?
Once you have completed your order, authorization for the necessary payment will be requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds. The actual payment will immediately follow.
4. How can I exchange or return an item?
You have 10 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s).
Returns: Please use the return label that is provided by us in the original shipping box.
Exchanges:
- Please use the return label that was provided to you by us in the original shipping box to ship the unwanted item
- E-mail us at vanquishshoesource@yahoo.com and include the following details:
- Exchange request
- Item name that you want to receive in exchange (as it appears on the website) along with the size (if applicable)
- Order number
- Shipping label tracking number
5. Can I return items marked as sale or final sale?
Any items marked as Sale or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Do you offer price adjustments on merchandise?
We do not offer any price adjustments on any merchandise.
7. Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please call the Customer Care toll free line 1 (866) 370-3681 or e-mail us at vanquishshoesource@yahoo.com as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to help you. Please reference your order number in your preferred communication.
8. What do I do if I think an item that I purchased from your site is faulty?
Please e-mail vanquishshoesource@yahoo.com and we’ll look into this for you. Please provide your order number along with detailed photographs of your item. Please be aware that items which have been damaged because of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
