Refund and Returns Policy
You have 10 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return item(s).
Returns: Please use the return label that is provided by us in the original shipping box.
Refunds: As soon as we’ve received and taken care of your return, we’ll email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to place the order and will exclude:
- $7.95 + tax for your return
- The initial delivery cost
Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers:
CREDIT CARD: Our bank will credit your account within 10 working days of receipt of your items
Please use the return label that was provided to you by us in the original shipping box to ship the unwanted item
- E-mail us at email@example.com and include the following details:
- Exchange request
- Item name that you want to receive in exchange (as it appears on the website) along with the size (if applicable)
- Order number
- Shipping label tracking number
Any items marked as Sale or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
